Scaling is hard

Going from startup to scaleup, companies face a second valley of death. They need to transform themselves to survive

99.6% of ventures either stall or die.

As a scale-up leader, you may be experiencing the following growing pains:

  • I feel like I need to clone myself to be a good CEO and deliver the business.
  • Sales aren’t taking off as fast as expected
  • We’re acing our home market but struggling to replicate our success internationally
  • We take great pride in our culture, but are we organized for high growth?
  • My team and shareholders are misaligned on growth priorities and it’s causing friction.

and even harder in F&A

Long sales and development cycles, complicated regulations.

At ScaleUpNation we’re researching the factors that drive scale-up success in this industry:

  • Strategic selling to powerful corporate customers, while protecting your IP and your values.
  • Data-driven business models that extend the value of your core proposition.
  • Designing and constructing production at scale including in-house and outsourcing options.
  • Specialized finance focused on the long-term, to capture scaling opportunities.
  • Regulatory navigation to keep momentum and leverage your competitive edge.
