One Single Hub: Propelling the Dutch scale-up ecosystem

We are happy to announce a new partnership: One Single Hub. OSH is a government initiative that aims to strengthen the scale-up ecosystem in the Netherlands. By joining regional forces throughout the country in supporting start-ups and scale-ups, we aim to propel the Dutch entrepreneurial ecosystem into the global top 5.

It is being carried out by the Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO), and counts on several partners besides ScaleUpNation: Nederlandse Vereniging van Participatiemaatschappijen (NVP), GoFastForward, New People, The Executive Network, and Governance Platform ROMs – BOM Capital, Innovation Quarter, LIOF, NOM, Oost NL, Horizon Flevoland, Impuls Zeeland and ROM Utrecht Region.

OSH will contribute in the ScaleUpBoard expansion by:

• Deploying it regionally over the next 2 years
• Assisting in matching board members and scale-ups

The ScaleUpBoard program

One of scaling success factors is a well-functioning supervisory board. That’s why we offer ScaleUpBoard – a program for board members who want to effectively support management teams in their scaling journey.

The program is a combination of practical research and the latest scientific insights in scaling. It aims to connect experts from the fields of finance, governance, social impact, tech and systemic change. All to get to bold growth: revenues of €50 – 100M.

ScaleUpBoard has been running for several years, with two running groups each year. It is attended by investors of VC companies, corporate portfolio managers, individual (angel) investors, entrepreneurs, board members as well as mentors and coaches of scale-ups. Meet the alumni board members here.
