Before coming to the Netherlands you’ll complete the ScaleUpScan, our AI diagnostics tool. We’ll have a deep discussion on the status of your company, framed on the Art of Scaling methodology. Based on data from a self-assessment survey, competitor intelligence analysis, and a leadership survey, our experts will help you assess your scaling needs.
In your first days in the Netherlands we will visit potential network partners, including corporates, R&D facilities, investors, and alumni scale-ups. We will organize individual sessions with key prospective clients, investors, and scale-ups of your choice. The matchmaking will take place before the program, according to your scaling needs.
We’ll dive into your scaling plan in 3 intensive days of interactive classroom sessions with the other teams. You’ll work on each section of your scaling plan – Mission, Scale-up Strategy, Go-to-Market, and Team – and walk out with a complete action plan.
